| Protect your bones |
Osteoporosis is a ‘silent’ disease as there are usually no signs or symptoms in the early stages. Peak bone mass normally occurs at about the age of thirty, after which, much more bone mass is broken down than can be replaced. As a result, bones become less dense, weaker and more prone to fractures. In Singapore, osteoporosis has been found to affect one in four women and one in eight men.
Do you desire healthy and strong employees? If so, why not educate them on how to care for their bones? We offer a one hour talk where employees can learn the truth about their bones, the relationship between exercise, nutrition and bone mass as well as participate in a simple ten-minute bone building workout. The talk costs $250. To register, please contact Juwi at DID: 6451-5044 or email Juwi@eatwiseintl.com. Each participant will receive a complimentary item sponsored by Nestle.
