 SPONSORSHIP CAMPAIGN FEATURE

Thanks to more avid participating sponsors, omy’s annual Singapore Blog Awards is making an even bigger and grander return for 2009

The Singapore Blog Awards is returning this year with more categories and prizes for bloggers! Organised by omy.sg, this is the second year running for the annual affair that honours “new-age wordsmiths” who have spent time and energy to contribute informative and innovative blogs to the local blogosphere, and we are really thrilled with more sponsors coming on board this year.

Last year saw a total number of 6,000 blogs being nominated with over 70,000 votes cast. This year, three more categories have been added to the list, thanks to more sponsors who have joined in to ride on the increasing exposure, given its growing popularity.  More than $20,000 worth of attractive prizes is now up for grabs for both bloggers and voters.

Sponsors include the East Asian Institute of Management (EASB), United International Pictures (UIP), National Heritage Board (NHB), Asia Web Direct, Koka, ST701, HTC and Play Smart Pte. Ltd, and is also supported by blog networks, Advertlets.com and Ping.sg.
