1. The New Paper Auction runs from 27 April – 5 July 09.
2. The valid period for bidding will be from 00:00 on the first day till 23:59 on the last day of each series.
3. Participants under 18 years old must seek parental consent. Each SMS costs 20¢.
4. Participants must send in their SMS bid in the correct format stipulated, and are allowed to bid for
more than one item, so long as the bid is equal to, or above the minimum bid listed. Each SMS is for one
bid entry only.
5. Winners will be notified by the first Thursday after each series has ended.
6. Participants may accumulate their TNP$ to bid for items in other series.
7. Winners must be able to present original copies of TNP$ to support their bid. Should bidder be unable
to produce TNP$ value, eligibility to claim item will be allocated to the next top bidder.
8. In the event of a tie in TNP$ value, the earlier bid will be declared the winner.
9. Winners must be able to attend a prize presentation to collect their prizes, or prizes will be forfeited.
10. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
11. Terra Adventure 125 excludes COE, registration fee, road tax, number plate expenses and any other
relevant additional costs pertaining to the vehicle.
12. Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (“SPH”) reserves the right to change the auction items without prior notice.
13. Staff of SPH and immediate family members, vendors and participating agents are not allowed to
participate.
14. All information is correct at the time of printing, and SPH is not liable for any error or omission.
