By taking part in this contest, all persons participating herein agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  

1. The contest is open to all registered members of AsiaOne residing in Singapore.
2. The contest runs from 15 January to 30 June 2012. All game score submissions must be received no later than 29 Feb, 31 Mar, 30 Apr, 31 May & 30 June 2012, 23:59hr.
3. Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, improper or late entries without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever.
4. Participants must submit their game scores with all mandatory detail fields in order to be eligible as a complete entry.
5. There is no limit to the number of times the game can be played however only the LATEST score will be taken as the eligible entry.
6. Each participant is entitled to win ONE prize only.
7. Winners will be determined by the highest score registered.
8. Winners will be contacted by end of the month to collect their prizes from RHB Bank. Winners will be responsible for collecting their own Prizes. The date(s), time(s) and venue(s) of the collection will be notified via email.
9. Prizes that are not collected by expiry date notified in the email will be forfeited.
10. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
11. Prizes must be utilized within the specified validity period and no requests for extensions will be entertained.
12. Employees of SPH & RHB Bank including all its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families are not eligible for the contest.
13. The judges' decision on all matters relating to this contest will be final and binding on all persons participating in this Contest, and no correspondence will be entertained.
14. SPH and all its participating partners reserve the right to publish or display the name, picture, identification card number and city of residence of the winner of this contest for advertising and publicity purposes.

15. By entering into this Contest, participants agree that SPH and all its participating partners shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this draw or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
16. SPH and all its participating partners, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, make prize substitutions or cancel this Contest without prior notice.
17. SPH and all its participating partners, are not responsible for lost or misdirected entries, caused by telephone lines or systems or internet service providers, for entry responses received after the deadline as a consequence of telephone or internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads, or for any stolen, misplaced, or incomplete responses.
18. SPH and all its participating partners, reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the registration process or the operation of the contest or the website, to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the Web site, or to be acting in violation of the Computer Misuse Act or any other law or regulation.
19. SPH and all its participating partners, reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this contest, the entry submission process or the relevant web site.
20. Participants also agree that SPH and all its participating partners, are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to a participant or third party's computer relating to or resulting from this Contest and/or its prizes.
21. SPH and all its participating partners, reserve the right to modify or cancel this Online Contest in the event that the platform becomes technically corrupted or unsuitable for use.
22. SPH and all its participating partners, are not liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to a user's participation in the Online Contest or downloading of any information in connection with the registration, including without limitation any server failure; lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction
23. By entering the contest, unless otherwise advised, entrants consent to the use of the personal information they submit with their entries for future promotional, marketing’ and publicity purposes undertaken by SPH group and its business associates.
