What’s the Theme?

• Individuals are invited to take and submit photos on the theme ‘What does Fair Employment mean
to me?’ with an accompanying title and explanation (up to 300 characters) by 18 August 2009.

Rules & regulations for voting

  • All votes need to be submitted through this official website.

  • Your votes will help determine the winners of the photo competition.

  • 3 voters will be randomly picked from the database of those who voted the winning entry.

  • No fee is required to participate.

  • Participants of the photo competition cannot vote for their own entries.

  • Results are final and not subject to any appeal.

  • Prizes not collected within 6 months from notification of the results will be forfeited.

  • Organisers and their family members are not eligible to vote.

  • TAFEP reserves the right to amend the rules of the voting element.

Rules & regulations for photo entry

  • All entries need to be submitted through this official website.

  • Photo entries should be a maximum of 3MB and submitted in JPEG format of at least 300dpi and be of high resolution quality with minimal compression.

  • Entries should not contain material which infringes any copyright.

  • Entries will be assessed on the overall quality and the relevance to the theme.

  • The judges’ decision is final.

  • Prizes not collected within 6 months from notification of the results will be forfeited.

  • Organisers and their family members are not eligible to receive prizes in this competition.

  • TAFEP reserves the right to feature winners in post event publicity.

  • TAFEP may reproduce, exhibit, edit, broadcast, publish any entry submitted without further notification,
    permission or compensation to participants.

  • Organisers reserve the right to amend the rules of the competition.

  • By entering the contest, you agree that any information collected from you may be disclosed to the authorities or to the courts or to the sponsor(s) of the contest, or may be used to keep you updated on promotions of, or contests, sales or any other event organised by, SPH or any of its business associates and/or partners, or may be used to collect outstanding amounts due from you or to compile statistics.
