The Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP) promotes fair and merit-based employment practices so that employees can realise their full potential and employers can achieve organisational excellence. It provides a range of services and resources to encourage and help organisations adopt fair employment practices. Individuals with feedback on fair employment or discrimination at the workplace are also welcome to contact TAFEP for advice and assistance.
